A gift of $225 provides one day of room and board at our Tucker Hospice House.

At Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Cabarrus, our goal is to help people live their last days as comfortably as possible, surrounded by family and friends. First and foremost, we care for our patients and their families. The unmet needs of those who are dying, and those who care and grieve for them, motivates our work.
As a not-for-profit agency that serves people without regard to their ability to pay, Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Cabarrus accepts pledges and donations from individuals, corporations and organizations. Your donations allow us to: Provide care for those in our community whose life is measured in months or weeks, rather than years. Offer support groups and counseling for children, teens and families through the Community Grief Program. Provide special programs and events, such as advance care planning workshops, camp Wings to Soar, or our We Honor Veterans program.
